Hanoi – Moving

Travel photography is often guided by the exoticism of the subject, glimpses of foreign life. In the series “Hanoi – Moving” the fugitive itself is thematized. The slowness of observation is contrasted with the rhythm, pace and dynamism of life. Distant but with great precision, the large-format camera records the finest details of the architecture, but the movements of its inhabitants are often only perceptible as traces.
